This would be an open door to your email by hackers.
What You Should Do (Self-Service)
General Idea – Go to Your Account and click on the Forgot Password link.
If the email is registered with GLH, you’ll receive an email response with your updated password. Print this email and keep with your GLH material.
No Idea – Search your personal inboxes for automated messages from GLH.
Look for Subjects: Account welcome notification, order confirmation, or receipt.
Print one of these emails and keep with your GLH material.
How We Can Help (Last Resort)
Send GLH an Email – Use Contact Us. Include your first and last name on file.
We can search GLH customer accounts and order history for the email you used and send you an email response.
This is not automated or immediate. It will happen when we have the time because we are a working homestead and that always comes first. Generally you can expect a one or two day delay. Website work is early in the morning before the day starts.
