Lost GLH Member Number – If you have lost your GLH member number provide the following. An email with your GLH member number will be sent shortly. Print that email for your records and keep with your GLH materials.

Lost Email on File – If you do not recall the email on file with GLH, send us a message through the Contact Us section with your first name, last name, and a simple explanation, i.e., “Do not recall the email on file with GLH.” The email on file will be sent to you along with your GLH member number.
